London’s very own SB.TV caught up with Justin Bieber while he was in their town and asked him to spit some bars over the attention grabbing Otis from Watch The Throne. The freestyle was actually done during his visit to Ryan Seacrest‘s morning show, but SB wanted to give the UK fans their own special look.
