I have been part of Teliad for a while, it does pay bloggers to host links and sponsored reviews but fair warning it was soon after using Teliad and Intellilinks that Google sent me a message in Webmaster tools that they detected paid links on my site and stripped me of all PageRank which took a year to get recovered. If you use these services you do risk penalization from Google, it isn't hard for Google to tell paid links because they detect that same link across hundreds of unrelated sites.
