I enjoyed reading this. I agree that a business needs to be active on Twitter to promote their Brand. I use an app called Buffer to try and spread my Tweets out over the day. I agree with Holly that it can be very annoying to receive clumps of Tweets all at once, those are the ones that go unread.

Twitter is definitely a great avenue to create online presence. When I first started, I made the mistake of only tweeting my own posts and do so unconsistently. After reading up on some more articles on social media marketing (such as yours) I have fixed those issues. Great post for anyone new to social media marketing!
