In an annoying moment when a webhost goes down, what might in fact save the company is a good service keeping the spirit up in the customers telling them what the problem is and that it will be arranged within shortly. Lack of costumer support in the same situation will have exactly the opposite effect, so I guess we all need to take care of our customers!!
