The main thing that was going through my mind as I sat down to watch The Artist at @ApolloCinemas Rhyl was “Is this film going to live up to all the hype it’s been getting and the awards that it has won!”

The film begins with Skeeter coming home to visit her family and looking for a job, which she procures in the local Jacksonville paper. Skeeter wants to write a controversial piece about racism from a black maid’s perspective.
The movie, Soul Surfer is, as I mentioned earlier, a true story about a young girl’s struggle to continue to surf after a shark attack. She not only resumes surfing, but goes on to compete in competition.
The 3-D epic adventure Immortals is directed by revolutionary visualist Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall) and produced by Gianni Nunnari and Mark Canton, the producers of 300, as well as Ryan Kavanaugh (Dear John, The Dark Fields).
