http://www.spoilerfreemoviesleuth.com - image courtesy WBWhen it comes to divisive films, there are few that reach the heights of Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch. Although the film was a mostly a critical failure and was a box office bomb, there is still quite a cult following for the movie. Is it a misunderstood action epic or is it really bad film making? We really won't answer that because everyone seems to have their very own opinion on Snyder's 2011 female led visual spectacle. This week, when speaking with The Hollywood Reporter about her upcoming role on the Dexter revival and her time on Lovecraft Country, actress Jamie Chung reveals that there was a lot of cut footage that could have made for a much more detailed movie that would have filled in many more of the building blocks of the story. She also says that the studi

http://www.spoilerfreemoviesleuth.com - image courtesy Universal Pictures The Fast and Furious franchise continues to roll on with even more spin off news. Just this week it was teased that the next movies might feature a return for Paul Walker's character via visual effects in F10 and F11. She first appeared in the eighth entry, The Fate of the Furious and returned for F9. Now they want to give her a movie that will be strictly focused on the development of her character. At one time, Theron didn't seem to do these types of movies but has recently been doing several action-centric features including projects for Netflix including The Old Guard. Variety has confirmed that Vin Dies

http://www.spoilerfreemoviesleuth.com - image courtesy Universal PicturesThe Fast and The Furious saga has played fast and loose with bringing back dead character. Both Letty and Han have both been brought back from the beyond after dying on screen. But bringing back someone that died in real life is another story. Director Justin Lin has recently teased that there's a possibility he'd bring back Paul Walker's character of Brian O'Conner for the final two films if they can recreate him on screen. While most of us might think it's tasteless in some form or another, we are completely expecting them to do so. In the crazy world of these movies, no one stays dead forever. With certain characters appearing from nowhere and teases in F9, it would be no doubt that Lin will do his best to bring Walker back digitally for the final two f

Have The Lambs Been Silenced?: Clarice Season 2 Most Likely Doomed

http://www.spoilerfreemoviesleuth.com - image courtesy CBS/ParamountIt appears that a season 2 of the Clarice Starling series may not happen after all. The spinoff series that stars Rebecca Breeds as the character may have lost its new home. Initially the second season was going to go to CBS but due to low viewership and a lack of serious interest, the show was going to jump to Paramount+ streaming. Now it looks like those plans are out the window which will mean there will be no further episodes of the latest in a long line of Silence of the Lambs sequels, prequels, and TV series. The show had a hard time maintaining numbers on CBS but did very well on Paramount+, hence the change in outlet. Now, due to a dispute between Paramount/CBS and MGM has led to no official deal to continue on with the show. So it looks like the c

Shudder Streaming: Caveat (2021) - Reviewed

http://www.spoilerfreemoviesleuth.com -  The components of Damian Mc Carthy’s Caveat seem like all the quintessential elements of a classic horror film: an old house in the middle of nowhere with a dark past, strange occurrences at night that aren’t easily explained, a creepy toy that mysteriously comes to life.  But does the summation of these parts make this thriller from the UK what you’d expect diving into it?  Probably not.   Isaac (Jonathan French) has some problems.  Fresh out of the hospital after suffering partial memory loss, he’s light on cash and looking for a new gig.  He has a chat in a pub with his former landlord Barrett (Ben Caplan), who offers him a short-term “babysitting” job looking after his niece Olga (Leila Sykes) for a few days.  Sounds simple enough, right?
