Several weeks ago it was announced that Paramount was developing a new adaptation of The Man Who Fell To Earth for Showtime. Based on the Walter Tevis novel of the same time it was previously a film starring David Bowie in the lead role. Now dramatic actor Chiwetel Ejiofor will take up the main character in the series for the cable outlet. The story focuses on an alien that lands on Earth and is forced to confront his own being and humanity's future. At 90 years old, Clint Eastwood shows no signs of slowing down. The actor and director is currently working on his next project, Cry Macho.
